FAAC's range of Tubular Motors "TMODE" Wholly made and manufactured in Italy has advanced beyond all others in the realm of 'Obstacle Detection'. Using FAAC's patented market leading gate technology, this video demonstrates the motors ability to detect an object blocking its path, stop and then retract to avoid damaging or dirtying the installation.

These motors have been programmed to high levels of object detection. The Blind has been set on Maximum Sensitivity and the Shutter is on the second highest setting. There are 9 levels of sensitivity that can be used and the correct motor must be selected for the weight of the installation or the sensitivity may not be high enough for your clients needs.
