End of 2004 Financial Year

Price Increases
In February this year iron ore prices started to soar and increases of between 50% and 70% were realized. Price increases for manufactured steel products such as containers begin to flow through to manufacturers including Nutech from July 2005. These price increases vary from $1.50 for a 20 litre steel pail/lid/ring combination to $0.50 for a 4 litre can and lid.
Subject to other raw material price movements we will unfortunately be forced to pass this increase on to customers some time later this year.
Due to increasing China and Asian demand for a wide variety of chemicals the price of resins and some specialty additives have increased by up to 20% this year. The industry news is that trend could continue into 2006. This will affect paint prices in the later half of 2005.
Nutech UK & EU
Robert Dixon, our former interstate Distributor, has moved with his family to the UK for at least 6 months to assist development of the UK and EU markets. Nutech Distributions UK has been operating for some years and with Robert�s extensive experience it will no doubt continue to grow very quickly.
The first test roof restoration projects in Germany using Nutech roof coatings under Robert�s supervision are due to be completed next month.
