When thinking about display hooks, you need to keep an eye on consistency and placement.
A few tips we have learnt over the years are what to hang and where. We have found
that you should hang heavy products in the middle as it makes it easy for the customer
to grab them with one hand. Light products (grabbing something heavy from a high place
is hard) should be at the top and the middle weighted products down the bottom.
If you are mixing hooks with shelving you should use fastbacks. Fastbacks allow you
to take the hook straight out and reposition. Without fastbacks you have to twist
the hook up which is impossible if a shelf is in the way.
Dividers take the pain out of the continual shuffling of products to give your store that
clean and tidy impression that the boss demands. The Imperial shelf management system

clear difference between a shelf with dividers and one without dividers.
