as councils, developers, builders, and home owners alike discover the benefits of
collecting and using rainwater. And at the heart of any successful rainwater harvesting
solution is the pump system.
Selecting the right pump system is essential to ensure:

The RWP series of Rainwater Pump Systems is designed with this in mind.
RWP pump systems are a flexible, easy-to-use solution for the automatic switching between
rainwater and mains water supply. Installed throughout Australia in a range of applications
including schools, community halls and domestic housing, they offer a number of significant
and unique advantages including:
- No mixing or usage of mains water when rainwater is available (mains water is completely stopped via a solenoid valve).
- No mains pressure drop (mains/municipal water supply bypasses the pump).
- Suitable for a range of pump sizes.
- Capable of accommodating flow rates up to 90lpm.
- Can accommodate your choice of suitable pump.
Switching between mains water and tank water is automatic and seamless. In the event of a
power failure, the system automatically reverts to mains water supply.
The RWP range of pump systems also encompasses the RWPi series - a unique, dual-outlet
solution which delivers even greater control over where precious mains water is used. The
RWPi systems operate in the same way as the RWP series, however if the rainwater supply is
exhausted, the system will supply mains water for household water requirements only.
Irrigation/garden water use is limited to rainwater with no mains back-up - ensuring ongoing
compliance with local water use requirements and maximising your system usability.
