Austpoly’s outstanding new roof rafter that can span 6m!
Light and Space Ultimate Pergolas has available a unique structural rafter, the aluminium AB Bar, that has been designed to be curved
or pitched and incorporates Danpalon polycarbonate roof glazing material. The AB Roof System will span up to 6m in either curved or
pitched application without unsightly battens or joins in the sheets and the system's patented design has interlocking connectors to
secure the Danpalon sheeting - thus alleviating the need for screw fixings.
The Bar can be used in conjunction with timber beams and posts or, alternatively, can be supplied as a complete system, with steel
posts and beams, all powder-coated and ready to assemble.

The Danpalon material has over 20 years' proven track record of longevity, outperforming all other "twinwall" products in
Australia. When brought together with the AB Bar, the result is a visually stunning structure that is maintenance-free and,
with its original roof mount, provides height and ventilation. The AB Roof System is a 100% leak proof, trafficable roof that
is available for both commercial and domestic applications, such as walkways, shopping centres, pergolas, etc.
