Dulux fire rated folding ladder from Enzie Stairs
Fire Rated: For Heavy-duty commercial applications a folding
ladder that fits into the roof space or ceiling cavity is available from enzie.
Manufactured to meet fire protection classification A60, designed for installation
near machine rooms, lifts etc. The casing frame and hatch are manufactured in
steel, and primed against rust. The hatch is insulated and equipped with self
locking catch which can be completed with a lock cylinder. Delivered with an
anodised aluminum ladder.
Safe: A Gas piston counterbalances makes operation smooth, quiet and effortless.
The ladder can't fall down on top of you or snap shut into the ceiling. The
75mm non-slip treads are a comfortable 300mm apart.
Almost Invisible: The ladder is completely self contained and simply folds
away on its hatch. A slim line architrave and concealed hinges make the
ladder blend in with the ceiling so that it almost disappears.
Easy to Install: The steel casing frame has pre-drilled holes for the fixing bolts.
