Contemporary staircase design challenges the designer and stair builder on

or modern stair design lets the mind run free to create something that is different

clean lines and unusual materials. They can also be curved, straight or just about

A popular choice in home building today is horizontal balustrading. The strength
of the Outlook balustrading with its linear pattern gives a stairwell a clear and
defined structure allowing for definition between spaces, without strictness of
solid walls. It offers durability, strength with flight and level designs that
will bring any staircase to life.
The Outlook Balustrading is configured with a two vertical stainless steel balusters
with six horizontal timber rails (ex 75*38) for the level and four rails for the
flight sections. The rails are of warm, rich Australian hardwood, Victorian Ash
with the sharp edges removed. Using Australian hardwood gives the balustrading
durability and strength.
The simple combination of the vertical stainless steel balustrades with the timber
staircases balustrading and handrail (ex 75*50); make the Outlook a strong addition
to our contemporary range. The Outlook balustrade complements the design of this
staircase perfectly, and here is working with a closed stair and closed stringers,
solid timber landing and bullnose step.
