Grip Guard Non Slip Floor Treatment is the answer to slippery floor surfaces.
Suitable for all stone-based floor surfaces including marble, granite, terrazzo,
aggregate, concrete, and porcelain or ceramic floor tiles, Grip Guard non-slip treatment
dramatically raises the slip resistance of floor surfaces without changing its appearance.
The Grip Guard treatment is suitable for both indoor surfaces such as bathroom, laundry,
balcony, and kitchen floors as well as outdoor surfaces such as driveways, footpaths,
swimming pool surrounds, stairways and ramps.
Grip Guard non-slip treatment is especially effective in wet conditions. When a floor
surface becomes wet, pedestrians are at risk of aquaplaning on the surface of the wet floor.
Grip Guard actually modifies the floor surface (microscopically) to enhance the slip
resistance of floors when they are wet. In fact, this remarkable treatment has been used
on the steps of swimming pools (underwater) to reduce the risk of bathers slipping when
getting in and out of the swimming pool.
Grip Guard Tactiles are included in our range of products and services to ensure that the
visually impaired are able to safely access public areas. Tactiles allow the visually
impaired to safety navigate areas outside their familiar surroundings by a series of
meaningful tactile guidance cues. Available in SureSteel® stainless steel studs, PolyPad®
retrofit pads, PolyStud® plastic studs, and Cobbletac® porcelain tiles.
Grip Guard Safety Anti-Slip Stair Nosings provide a safe pedestrian surface for stair treads.
The stair nosings have been designed to increase safety by increasing the slip resistance of
the stair tread eliminating slips and falls from the leading edge of stairs.
Grip Guard also supplies and installs Fordex marine grade safety flooring, an ideal treatment
for wet areas and pedestrian ramps as well as safety mats, architectural entrance matting,
and anti-fatigue mats.
