TigerTurf synthetic grass football pitch at Seymour Shaw Park
Football NSW hosted the TigerTurf Cup final on Sunday, 10th August 2008 on
the synthetic grass football pitch at Seymour Shaw Park. Bankstown City Lions defeated
Sydney Olympics 3-1 to clinch the 2008 TigerTurf Cup.
The kick off was delayed by 15 minutes to allow for the long queue of spectators awaiting
entrance to the ground. Shaun Sprouster from TigerTurf commented, "It was great to be
involved in such a well organised event."
