Lifestyle Turf synthetic turf attracts the Western Bulldogs
Melbourne's water crisis has become a reality for a lot of people,
including Western Bulldogs players. That's why Bulldogs pair Brad Johnson and Daniel
Cross recently had synthetic turf installed into their backyards to combat the crisis.
Both players had the synthetic turf installed by Lifestyle Turf - a Tiger turf landscape
partner - and Johnson said he couldn't have been happier with the results.
"It's great all round because we are able to have a great looking backyard but at the
same time we are not using any water to keep it looking good," said Johnson.
Teammate Cross said other benefits of having the synthetic turf installed included never
having to mow the lawn as the grass requires very little maintenance.
"We don't have to use water to keep our yard looking great, given Melbourne's current
water restrictions. But also, it just looks so natural and it doesn't have to be mowed -
that's one less hassle I need to deal with," said Cross.
