Roof Restoration Melbourne from BTA Waterproofing 
Project: Façade Rectification & Roof Restoration Products used: Dulux Pty Ltd "Acra Tex 968 Elastomeric 201" Parchem Pty Ltd "Emer-clad" Following our site inspection Barry Tanner & Associates submitted a quote for the façade rectification & waterproofing works at the above project. On acceptance of the quote Barry Tanner & Associates were awarded the job. Loose paint edges were scraped from the façade, sanded & filled, bubbled textured areas were scraped off & patched to match the existing texture. Pre-existing cracked joints were cut out & re caulked with our polyurethane sealant. Following this process Dulux "Acra Tex 968 Elastomeric 201 is a mid build topcoat paint which is a technically advanced elastomeric membrane, designed to provide excellent protection for façade rectification. This was applied to all walls, columns, balcony walls & grey soffit to the rear of the house. BTA stripped all of the existing membrane to all box gutters allowing repair work to be done around all rain head outlets & areas that were flaking. Parchem "Emer-clad" a single component water borne, high solids, acrylic copolymer waterproof membrane offering excellent sunlight & UV resistance was installed to the total roof area returning up all wall to floor junctions & box guttering.
