Sydney Flooring is pleased to announce the opening of its newly refurbished showroom located atChipping Norton in western Sydney. The showroom, believed to be the largest of its kind in theSouthern hemisphere, showcases the entire range of Sydney Flooring's parquetry & timber flooringspecies and floor finishes. "We are delighted to offer our customers the opportunity to truly see the extensive variety of timberspecies, finishes and floor designs available to incorporate into their home renovation or new homebuild," said Bill Durkowyak, Founder and Managing Director, Sydney Flooring. The new showroom covers an area in excess of 800 square meters with large areas dedicated specificallyto different species of timber flooring, parquetry designs and timber flooring accessories. "Our large team of dedicated, trained staff is able to advise customers about the best timber choice fortheir home while actually showing them the enormous variety of timber available," said Mr Durkowyak."We liken our new showroom to a one-stop timber flooring shop." A variety of timber flooring finishes are also showcased including Synteko Classic and Synteko Bestwater-based urethane stains and Peerless Oil which are displayed in several colours, plus othertraditional staining options including limewash. "Customers can view several different sizes of timber board which have been cleverly incorporated intoa very distinct floor pattern allowing easy comparison between the look of standard width or widerboards and different timber species, for example blackbutt versus rose gum." Sydney Flooring offers an extensive range of Australian hardwood timbers including Alpine Ash,Australian Beech, Blackbutt, Blue Gum, Brushbox, Flooded Gum/Rose Gum, Forest Reds, Grey Box, GreyIron Bark & Red Iron Bark, Jarrah, Karri, Red Mahogany, Spotted Gum, Tallowwood, Tasmanian Oak andTurpentine among others.
