This luxurious home 'Above the Treetops' has been built by award winning specialist builder D Pearce Constructions. The project presented to be quite challenging, however the end result is one that has stunned many with its unique features. Located only five kilometres from Brisbane's CBD in a private and exclusive area, this spectacular multi-million dollar home is surrounded by beautiful bushland and provides views of up to 100 kilometres on a clear day.

The contemporary design features flexible living spaces and impressive energy-saving credentials such as Altair Louvre Windows strategically placed to help capture stunning views and natural ventilation.

The initial design was by ARTAS Architects, with additional working drawings completed by John Cunningham of Cunningham Designs.

"This house is very environmentally friendly. We did as much as we could to keep it as sustainable as possible." Pearce stated.

The endless views through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows are truly spectacular and make this unusual house design an amazing project that was completed on time and within budget.
