Element™ - the eco friendly powder coated MDF panel with a VOC free finish from Climate.
The element™ powder coated MDF panel by Climate uses no solvents in the finish and therefore emits negligible, if any,
polluting Volatile Organic Compounds into the atmosphere. Making element™ one of the most non-toxic surface finishes in the
market. Powder wastage is also very low, with up to 95% of sprayed powder material fit for reuse. There is also considerable waste
water savings comparable to other finishing systems, as no water is used during the coating process or cleaning. Low levels of natural
gas and electricity is used to cure the finish through energy efficient infra red emitters and the MDF substrate is manufactured from
100% renewable plantation grown New Zealand Pine. What's more is elementT is now available with a low formaldehyde (E0) grade MDF as
a premium made to order product offering.
The essential elements range™ is available ex stock in 20 metallic and solid colours on 16/18mm thick MDF or choose from an
infinite colour palette with our customised Create Your Own™ service.
element™ is ideal for furniture, kitchen cabinetry, wall panelling, partitioning and general joinery in retail, commercial,
