The St George Rowing Club renovated their outdoor area to include a spacious balcony. While they found this space to be popular because of the water views and natural light, they were experiencing problems with protecting patrons from the uncomfortable heat, glare and harmful UV rays.

It also experienced wind and had long drops. The Club wanted a solution that suited the modern renovation and optimised the balcony's usage - maintaining the view while protecting patrons. Issey

This custom-made sunshade drops vertically, guided by stainless steel cables and retracts into a discreet headbox. It has a heavily weighted bottom-bar to provide tension against wind.
