Space Commander completes a major garage storage installation
Space Commander Garage Storage Solutions, the leaders in "Over the Bonnet" and basement car park storage units, have completed the supply and
installation of 121 "over the bonnet" storage units for the new Trilogy Residences apartment complex in the inner Brisbane suburb of Spring Hill.
Working to a strict timeline to ensure the completion of the construction project for Hutchinson Builders and the developer, the individual components that make up
each unit were freighted to the site in advance of the installation team. Each unit was then constructed on site over a 9 day period. The final result is a basement
car park that not only provides valuable storage for the new residents, but a neat, consistent appearance across the common area of the basement car park.
Space Commander's high standards of strength, security and design were included in every unit. The model selected was the SC2588, which provides 1.7 cubic metres of
storage space and was capable of being installed in every one of the 121 car spaces regardless of any obstructions or a lower ceiling height.
