Access Ladders timber ceiling ladders
Spring loaded for ease of operation. Standard size for ceilings up to 2.80m (9'2").
Other sizes available. First grade pine reads, stringers and frame. Grooved treads. The larger than
manhole size opening will permit bulky items to be moved into the roof. Can be stained or painted.
Locks can be fitted.
A conventional staircase is expensive and takes up a lot of valuable space. The disappearing staircase
is easy and quick to install a it comes fully assembled in its own frame with ceiling panel attached.
Detailed installation instructions are supplied to the handyman, or if preferred, installation may be
arranged. Simply cut out a hole in the ceiling and reinforce cut ceiling joists where necessary.
Access Ladders are made to suit trussed roofs.
