Dust-less technology with environmental benefits from ParexDavco
Leading tile adhesive manufacturer ParexDavco is launching its innovative
Dust Less Technology in Australia, which results in 80 percent less dust being created
during the tiling process.
An Australian first, the unique formula will be available from the end of September in
Davco's SE-7 and Ceramacrete tile adhesives, ensuring improved air quality and a cleaner,
healthier working environment for all tiling jobs when compared to traditional adhesives.
Dust Less Technology prevents clouds of dust from being created during the tile adhesive
mixing process, which helps to contain mess to one area when renovating or refurbishing a
home or commercial space. This minimises the impact of dirt on newly installed and valuable
fittings in kitchens and bathrooms, as well as precious furniture or artworks throughout
the interior.
With less mess to clean up, it also saves professionals time and money allowing each project
to be completed faster than if using a conventional adhesive.
ParexDavco's Dust Less Technology has already been recognised at the inaugural Full Frontal
Tile & Stone Expo in April 2008 where SE-7 won the Best New Product Award. Judged by
Bill Walters of Ceram Research, UK, the expo brought together national and international
members of the tile and stone industries, showcasing the latest products and technological
developments.
"Specifiers can be confident of a quick and clean result when selecting our new Dust Less
Technology products for a project. The products speed up projects while also delivering
environmental benefits," explained Mark Maclean, Marketing Manager, ParexDavco Australia.
SE-7 is available in a 20kg bag and Ceramacrete in both 5kg and 20kg bags.
