Reduction Index (Rw+Ctr) not less than 40 if the adjacent room is a habitable room. Noisebar5 (tested
May 2008) has Rw30 and (C;Ctr) 63 to greatly exceed BCA requirements. Specify Noisebar5 Pipe Lag and
