The project is ONE - (one east Melbourne) and it is being built by Becton
Constructions on Wellington Pde South and is Melbourne's newest highrise. The stone cladding
covers an area of 2000m² of 30mm granite cladding and is being fixed into place by Uni-Stone
Pty Ltd.
