Megaman Energy Saving Lamps at Melbourne's Corner Hotel 
Melbourne's Corner Hotel The Corner Hotel, the landmark in Swan Street Richmond, has reduced its CO2 emissions by 49 tonnes per annum by retrofitting it's lighting to new energy efficient lighting and using Megaman's 18 Watt PAR38 linear dimming CFL's in warm white. Megaman's smooth dimming from 100% to 10% saves energy when dimming and it's long life was selected replacing inefficient halogens. The retrofit efficient lighting project was recently completed in 2009 by EnviroBrite as part of the Victorian Government's Sustainability Fund, Eco Lighting for Victorian Business. The Eco Lighting project was designed to encourage businesses to assess the amount of energy they consume for lighting and demonstrate how energy consumption can be reduced through adopting the latest energy saving lighting technologies.
