A Matador mat at each entrance goes a long way towards achieving this. It works
without the conscious co-operations of the visitor as the corrugated rubber flicks
dirt from beneath the shoes. The dirt removed falls beneath the mat where it remains
trapped within the mat until taken up by broom or vacuum cleaner.
