EcoNova water systems part of $33 million UQ project

The University of Queensland's Centre for Advanced Animal Science
will see the introduction of EcoNova's highly innovative waste water treatment
process in their new buildings as a part of a $33 million project.
EcoNova, a leader in environmental sustainability and water recycling systems, will
install and commission the new liquid waste treatment system at the University's
Gatton Campus.
Dr Howard Leemon, Manager of Innovation and Commercialisation Development, Faculty
of Engineering, Physical Sciences and Architecture at UQ, said that EcoNova's
approach is superior to all other commercially available technologies and is
considered to be the most advanced of its kind known to exist anywhere in the world.
"We are delighted to be working with the University on this world-class project
and look forward to delivering the $1.4 million project on time and on budget,"
