Nubian Water Systems to protect the value of your garden

What is the value of the investment I have in my garden? What is the effect on the value of my home if my garden dies? Numerous studies dating back to the late 1980s show conclusively that landscaping increases property values. The value of a property is increased by 10% to 25% by landscaping. But what if the greenery in the garden (plants, trees, shrubs, grass) dies?

The value of a house is increased by 8% by green planting.

Research indicates that the value of a house is increased by 8% by green planting. (Rosiers, et al 2001 - 7.7%, Morales, et al 1976 - 6% to 9%, Seila and Anderson 1982 - 7%, Luttik 2000 - 7% to 8%).

This means that if a home is well established and is valued at $500,000 then the value of the greenery in the garden is $40,000. If the house is worth $1 million then the value of the greenery is $80,000. So it's well worth investing some time and money in maintaining that greenery. And who wants to buy a house with a dead garden anyway? Not to mention the enjoyment you can get from a beautiful outdoor environment.
