Fibrelite F+ multi substrate render from The Render Warehouse

Fibrelite is a new innovation in research and development that has evolved, improved
and revolutionized the way render is made. Fibrelite doesn't contain sand, eliminating any rust spots
or streaks that most other sand based render products would otherwise cause. Fibrelite is designed to
eliminate all other renders, simplifying rendering to one main base coat multi sub-straight. Easy to
use, anyone from a professional to an amateur can use Fibrelite and trust a superior finish every time.
Fibrelite has evolved into what builders are starting to call the render revolution. Our entire
Fibrelite range breathes. This means it won't trap moisture which is a key element of mildew and fungus
growth, sub-straight deterioration as well as blistering.
A great reason to use the Fibrelite range Polymer Acrylic render application is due to its versatility
of design and aesthetic appeal. Available in a wide variety of finish styles, the Fibrelite range can be
applied to most flat and curved surfaces, inside and outside, in any structure or building. Any project
can be individualized with this new innovative product. It is also very easy to use, being pre-mixed
powder form. Additional benefits of Fibrelite include its water resistance and its performance in a
variety of climates and its ability to endure severe wet/dry and freeze/thaw cycles.
Fibrelite is highly resistant to impact. This inherent toughness allows the Fibrelite range to withstand
attack from both natural and manmade elements. The Fibrelite application method is easy and cost effective.
No additives are needed for all recommended substrates, Fibrelite contains special fibers, which dramatically
increase strength without disturbing the process of application.
Mixing
To 15 litre bucket add 3-5 litres of clean water (pending on the substrates). Slowly add TRW RENDER and mix with
a drill for approximately 60 seconds. Do not over mix. Add more water or product to achieve the desired consistency.
Coverage
Fibrelite base coat is ready to be applied at a rate of approximately 6-10mm and covers approximately 2/5sqm per
bag. Fibrelite can be built up to 50mm in several passes to overcome irregular substrates. Full mesh and aluminium
angles to be installed as to twr specifications. Fibrelite base coat comes in 12kg 15 litre bags.
Fibrelite should not be applied in temperatures below 12C, in very hot and windy conditions, or above 30C.
Protect from freezing temperatures for 24hours after application. Protect from heavy rain for 7 hours after
application. Allow at least 45 hours before top coat is applied. Approved Styrofoam must be free of contaminates
(yellowing, oil, dust etc) prior to application.
