Since 1953 Castlemaine Slate & Stone products have been sourced from the original quarry in central Victoria. This tried and proven stone remains as appealing today as it did when first introduced to the market well over 50 years ago.

Used for paving, both domestic and commercial, Castlemaine Slate provides a unique finish comprising its own distinctive earthy colours which blend well into any style.

Castlemaine Spalls dry stone walling and Castlemaine Builders walling, are ideal for fences, retaining walls, feature walls and even house construction where an ageless finish of quality and appeal is sought.

In tighter locations, the dry stone finish can be achieved on a smaller scale using Strata Walling which is selected and/or cut to maintain a maximum wall thickness of 120-130mm.
