At MDC, we will only sell you the Hot melt system for your mosaic tiles. We believe that hot melt is by far superior to any other mosaic sheet applications.

The hot melt system for mosaic sheets allows better adhesive quality and provides a bigger and stable surface area for gluing. The reason why there is a better adhesive area, is because the contact point between tiles is larger, hence gluing the tile to the surface stays in place!

This systems puts all hot melt mosaics above the Australian standards requirement and is CSRIO approved. The many tilers that we work with, are all in agreeance these hot melt mosaic tiles make for easier installation and longer life.

Whether doing a waterline, a fully tiled pool or a bathroom, we believe the hot melt mosaic gives tilers a chance to align the tiles easier and allows the grout to be even, thus resulting in a beautiful and profession finish. This hot melt system also allows the tile to be very straight and even.
