The building note below was provided to HIA on the afternoon of Friday the 28th August 2008, and provides an update on the introduction of the 5 Star Plus Energy and Water Efficiency Standards introduced on the 1st September 2007, and also provides advice on the proposed introduction of 5 Star Plus Stage 2 Standards.
