National Rental Affordability Scheme
In an effort to increase institutional investor interest in the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), DNA Partnership (DNA) and The Affordable Housing Consortium (AHC) have established a platform for developers to access the scheme. The AHC is seeking 3,000 dwellings nationally that can be completed for occupancy by 30 June 2010. These dwellings will be marketed to financial institutions, including superannuation funds.
