MAPEI Tile Grout Sealer
UltraCare Tile Grout Sealer is a water-based penetrating sealer that protects sanded and unsanded grout joints against the most common stains. The easy-to-apply tile grout sealer can also be used as a pre-grouting sealer.

UltraCare can be used for both interior and exterior tile applications. The tile grout sealer will not change the grout joint colour even after prolonged exposure to elements.

UltraCare can be applied using a sponge, brush or roller on a clean and dry surface. Wait for the tile grout sealer to soak into the surface for 5 to 10 minutes. Should the application requires for two (2) or more coats, wait at least 30 minutes between each coating and remove the non-absorbed sealer from the tile surface with a clean and dry towel.

Keraflex is a cementitious adhesive for interior and exterior floor and wall bonding of all types of ceramic tiles and mosaics; moisture-stable stone material on standard walls with cementitious renders; cementitious screeds; anhydrite screeds and primed gypsum walls; gypsum boards; painted interior walls; interior walls in foamed concrete blocks; existing marble and terrazzo floors; and underfloor heating systems. Once the Keraflex Ceramic Tile Adhesive is cured, it can be used in tiles submerged in water. The tile adhesive has no vertical slip and extended open time for streamlined performance.

Mapelastic Smart is a highly flexible, two-component cementitious mortar used to waterproof concrete surfaces, swimming pools, terraces and balconies. Aside from waterproofing, Mapelastic Smart also provides a protective covering on concrete surfaces, as well as structures at risk for cracking.

Mapelastic Smart can be applied with a brush or roller on a clean and well-bonded surface before laying out the ceramic and natural stone. It can be reinforced by embedding a fibreglass mesh or the Mapetex Sel. Mapelastic Smart must not come in contact with water for 24 hours after application and wait for five (5) days before laying ceramic tiles.
