Keen to work on Bondi Beach's first 6-star green boutique apartments, CSA Architects recognised that the site access presented a materials handling challenge. And they also knew that using conventional brick, as was proposed, would greatly exacerbate the problem with limited access. Drawing on their 50+ years of architectural experience CSA immediately opted for AFS LOGICWALL®, pointing to its lightweight panels as the answer for both site-delivery and rapid installation. And of course, the structural efficiency of LOGICWALL® wall thicknesses helped the project's sales potential by maximising its floorspace.
