Insulwrap is a medium / heavyweight polyester insulation premoulded into one piece sections for easy and safe handling.
Insulwrap is available in a range of wall thicknesses to suit standard pipes from 12.7 to 219mm OD.

..Early Fire Hazard Rating
When tested in accordance with AS1530 Part 3 - 1989 "Early Fire Hazard Properties of Materials", Insulwrap has a spread of flame 0, and smoke developed of 3.


..Thermal Conductivity
The thermal conductivity of Insulwrap at a mean temperature of 20oC is 0.034 W/mK when tested in accordance with ASTM C518. Values of thermal conductivity may be obtained from the following graph.


..Moisture Absorption
When tested in an atmosphere of 65% relative humidity at 20oC in accordance with British Standard 2972-1975, the moisture content of Tontine products are less than 1% by volume.
