SPECIFICATION - willseal 600

Material Polyurethane foam material, special impregnation with a high quality weatherproofing compound.
Colour Black.
Compatibility with conventional construction materials -
DIN 52 453, Part 1
No signs of corrosion were observed on concrete, wood, aluminium and structural steel.
Flame retardant - DIN 4102 B 1
Test Certificate ZPA-111 2.3018
Willseal 600 must be compressed to between 20% and 50% of its original thickness during installation.
Tightness against driving rain -
DIN 18055
The requirements for the DIN standard are met up to 600Pa for the described joint gaps, externally supervised by AMPA Hannover.
Resistance to water - DIN 53 387 The requirements of the DIN standard are met.
Root strength - DIN 4062 The requirements of the DIN standard are met.
Resistance to other construction materials - DIN 52 453 No corrosion with aluminium and steel, no adverse effects with timber, brickwork, concrete.
Thermal stability -30oC to +90oC
Thermal conductivity - DIN 52 612 /\10<0.055 W/m.K
Vapour resistivity BS 3177 100-175 MN s/g
Joint permeability - DIN 18 055 a<0.1m3 [hm(daPa)n]

STORAGE & HANDLING

All products should be stored in their boxes, stacked vertically.
Maximum storage temperature 20oC in a dry, covered warehouse.
Maximum storage life for willseal 600 = 2 years.
