Dalsouple rubber flooring 10 year guarantee

Dalsouple rubber flooring was installed in numerous computer stores in Technocity, Capitol Square, Haymarket, Sydney in 1997. Cox Richardson Architects and Planners were the architects for the whole project. Technocity was designed to be the focus for the up to date computer products, digital technology and Internet systems. DalTex Sigma 5, a checker plate pattern, was chosen in the colour's of Gris Anthracite (grey), Pantone 433C (dark blue), pantone 5463C (dark bottle green) to make it look futuristic and like the 'Starship Enterprise'.

Dalsouple Australasia re-visited Technocity in October 2007, to see how the floors were looking. The floors were still shiny, hardly marked in any way and the store owners were very pleased. The centre manager says it's a great product in that when tenants leave and take their counters, you can't even tell where they have been and where people have walked. With a 10-year guarantee it's well worth it.

Back in 1997 Dalsouple only made SBR rubber, synthetic rubber, which they still can make. Now with the focus on sustainability, DalNaturel, 100% natural rubber flooring, offers a solution to specifiers wanting to use an environmentally friendly product. Dalsouple can manufacture DalNaturel to the same high levels of quality and performance as synthetic rubber for the same price, even though natural rubber is currently more expensive than synthetic. Rubber is also recyclable, not just once, but several times. Rubber flooring is 3 times more efficient to produce than vinyl and a massive 17 times more efficient than linoleum when comparing factory emissions.
