Mezzanine Floors with Boxspan from Spantec

Boxspan® mezzanine floors are commonly used in warehouse and factory environments. The floors work in a similar way to upper floor frames in residential construction. Where they differ is the industrial mezzanine and commercial Boxspan® floor frames are designed to support greater trafficable and storage loads. Floors are typically designed to 2kpa (200kg/m2), 3kpa (300kg/m2) to 5kpa (500kg per m2) live load capacities. Mezzanine floors can also be designed for office and retail use. All floors are provided with full design working drawings.
