Floor Safety Services' subsurface sealant for porous floors & walls

Stainresist Subseal is a solution of a fluorinated resin designed for the protection of porous materials against penetration of water, oil, grease and other common soils. Because Stain resist Subseal acts as an impregnant it has little effect on the appearance and vapour permeability of the treated substrate.

Stainresist Subseal can be applied to concrete, tiles, timber and other porous surfaces, including walls to make them more resistant to unsightly and unwanted stains and graffiti.

Application
Apply to a firm, clean dry surface only - fee of oil, grease and loose foreign matter. Application may be by brush or spray.

Apply two uniform coats at right angles to ensure even distribution and absorption of protective chemical. Alternatively a single flood coat may be applied.

Consumption will vary with porosity and profile of surface, but 7sq/m per litre may be taken as a guide.

Maintenance
Treated area should only be cleaned with water based detergents.
