Dalsouple Rop-Cord rubber entrance matting

Rop-Cord rubber entrance matting was installed at the new Edge tavern on the waterfront in Geelong, Victoria in early 2009. As this is on the Geelong waterfront, patrons may be coming in with sand or their feet or shoes. The tiles can be vacuumed spot clean as needed. Outdoor applications can be hosed off and left to dry. Soft enough for animals such as our labrador Bounce to sit on.

Rop-Cord is made of recycled truck and bus tyres. The nylon cord from the tyres is buffed to produce an even, non-glare, tufted surface. The tiles are highly resistant to organic deterioration and damage from the elements. Rop-cord may be used as a walk-off mat for entryways, lobbies, concourses, foyers in shopping malls, grocery stores, airports, factories, office buildings, skating rinks, schools, theatres, bowling alleys, and ski lodges. The added traction of the surface makes Rop-cord flooring extremely useful for inclined ramps, walkways, stairwells, and airport passenger loading bridges.

Rop-cord comes in 30cm x 30cm tiles 9.5mm thick or 30cm x 9.8m rolls, in 4 different colourways.
