Located in the recently developed Fairwater Estates, the Australand Sales Centre is a hub of activity, due to the recent expansion of Australand's residential portfolio. This 38 hectare site is built on what use to be the Ashlar Golf course and looks to offer up 700 dwellings. This means a very busy sales team.

The new office design, headed by Australand's Andrew Gosper, is a modern representation of the designs in the new dwellings, with modern feature lighting, lots of natural light and a stunning DecorSlat ceiling.

Made from spotted gum, these natural timber slats are used on the high ceilings to absorb the noise reverberating off the large glass walls. With a slight incline, these panels reach to the peak of the office, complementing the sleek glass windows.
