Ogis Engineering's new Mandrel Bending Machine
Ogis Engineering has purchased a new mandrel bending machine and expects
delivery in early June 2008. The new machine will increase our mandrel bending capacity
from Ø38.1mm or Ø1 1/2inch to Ø88.9mm or Ø3 1/2 inch. We will now be able to provide
you with more complete bending solutions than ever before.
The new machine will arrive with 13 tool sets and our tooling is listed below:
- 25 NB Radius 50 and 150mm.
- 32 NB Radius 63 and 300mm.
- 40NB Radius 150mm.
- 50NB Radius 95, 150 and 300mm.
- 65NB Radius 150mm.
- 80NB Radius 225mm.
- 50.8dia Radius 76.2mm.
- 63.5dia Radius 95mm.
- 76.2dia Radius 114mm. All 1.6mm.
