Ritek custom roofing panels from Composite Roofing Structures

Ritek Custom Roofing Panels were used in the construction of Annabele's Day Care Centre, for their superior thermal performance. The development located on Coomba Road, Pacific Palms was designed by Sharon Barron of Barron & Carroll Building Design, and constructed by Dave Robins.

Through the use of the Ritek Custom Panel, in conjunction with celestory windows and large eave overhangs, Barron achieved a design that ensured Laurel Golby, the Director of Annabele's, has no need of mechanical ventilation, air conditioning or heating. Rather, it takes advantage of passive heating and cooling.

Speed of construction was another factor that influenced the choice of the Ritek Custom Panel in the long day care facility. Though builder Dave Robins had never used the product before he and his team found it easy and fast to install.
