The Stoddart Square Toilet and Basin Combination unit is optimised for prisons, detention centres, and police stations. The assembly is fabricated from high-quality 304 stainless steel with a 1.5mm thickness and no. 4 satin finish. The standard unit includes a solid stainless steel anti-hang bubbler mounted on the deck, 45 of rear. Clients can easily have the bubbler repositioned upon special request.

The flush valve installation of the Toilet and Basin Combination unit should have water pressured regulated between 250kPa and 500 kPa. Meanwhile, the flow rate must lie between 1.2 and 1.5L/s to the valve face.

The Toilet and Basin Combination unit includes a 25mm main connection to the flush valve and a 15mm main connection to the basin valve. For streamlined connection and service, the basin valve is pre-plumbed and secured with a bracket. The stainless steel plumbing fittings can adapt to both floor and rear wall fixing.

The toilet pan seat also sports an anti-contraband flushing rim to optimise cell inspection.

For improved water conservation, the Toilet and Basin Combination unit is integrated with electronic Piezo buttons and flow controllers to activate the flush and bubbler. The button can be positioned within the body or remote from the assembly, whereas the water management flow controllers can be interfaced with the network or the central control and reporting system.

The security bubbler limits water flow for drinking and hand-washing to 2L/min. The domed bubbler is also designed with a low profile to promote anti-hang safety.

A soap holder and security drain are incorporated into the basin of the unit. Stoddart also provides an optional toilet roll holder, welded into the front or side panel.
