Sheridan Plaza is conveniently located on the corner of Bruce Highway, Foster Road and Barnard Drive. As the suburb's premier shopping centre, Mt. Sheridan Plaza is the outcome of top-tier engineering, design and construction.

Expansion joint covers were integrated into Mt. Sheridan Plaza’s floor-finishes to architecturally enhance and ensure long-term stability. These cutting-edge products are designed to transition architectural gaps that permit movement caused by a host of factors, including thermal changes, wind velocity, unequal concrete settling, concrete creep and shrinkage, and seismic activity. At work, expansion joint covers provide structural relief for the security of the building, while achieving a smooth, trafficable finish for the safety of its occupants.

Unison Joints installed approximately 370m of Flexo (Fx) cover plate systems fabricated from aluminium, stainless steel and brass. The Fx lineup is specially designed for floor and floor-wall applications in retail centres, supermarkets and department stores, as well as airport terminals and apartment complexes.
