Most units feature a balcony enclosed with bifold doors and bifold windows where Artilux retractable flyscreens become an excellent addition of functionality, improving comfort and enjoyment of the living areas by bringing in the views and the fresh air as intended by the architect.
The project features 5 luxurious penthouses where the living and dining rooms open onto a terrace by wide spanning bi-fold doors with Artilux flyscreens rebated into timber flooring.
