Hydro is one of the elite teams behind the construction of a new Caltex Service Station in the industrial suburb of Direk in Adelaide, South Australia. The Hydro team was enlisted to provide heavy-duty ductile iron slotted grates and MEA® RIN Plus 300 drainage channels with pre-sloped fall.

MEA® RIN Plus 300 was the ideal drainage solution for the project due to its light weight and high workability. The landscape drainage channels are manufactured from glass reinforced polyester (GRP) to ensure the long-term durability of the channel bodies and edges. To achieve the highest strength and dimensional stability, MEA® harnesses cutting-edge SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) technology that consists of a composite of polyester resin, glass fibre mats, mineral fillers and additives.
