When the architect specified a lightweight construction rendered finish to the first floor addition of this Bronte home the builder selected INEX>RENDERBOARD for its evident superior quality and ease of construction.

Too often lightweight construction boards for render coatings simply do not do the job. They are dimensionally unstable and/or deliver a poor final finish to the building. Not so with INEX>RENDERBOARD; at 16mm thick it provides a lightweight but solid substrate for multiple render coat systems, and comes with tongue and groove (T&G) long sides to lock all the sheets together.

"The tongue & groove profile as part of this system was what made me select this product. It gives me the confidence that I'll not get the typical render cracking problems that occur with other boards", says the builder Simon Haramlambotoulos. "We're all very satisfied with the system and its outcome".

NOTE: UBIQ's INEX>RENDERBOARD wall system, when used with a minimum 13mm steel on either a timber or steel frame has achieved FRL of 60/60/60 and BAL-FZ fire resistance ratings.
