The heritage fire resistant doorsets with up to two hours resistance from Holland fire doors

The Heritage fire resistant doorsets have been fully tested and approved in accordance to AS 1530 Part 4 - 1990 at the Building Technology Limited (BTL) Fire Testing Facility in New Zealand, where fire resistant levels have been achieved from half hour and up to two (2) hours. One unique feature in the tests is that Pyropanel, achieved insulation criteria of 100 minutes whereas Australian Standard 1530 Part 4 - 1990 only requires thirty (30) minutes insulation.

Frames

Generally fire door frames have a 51x 25mm rebate. A standard frame comes with 2 hinges (although we strongly recommended 3 hinges for standard sizes to increase the life of the door). It has a standard strike preparation 1050mm up to the centre. These frames can be supplied with either wire frame ties (for new masonry work) or tube spacers for existing masonry walls. Partition frames can be supplied to suit Boral & CSR systems.

Installation

Frames to masonry are to be grout filled.
Door installation require the following tolerances:
3mm clearance (max) between door and frame on both stiles and the head 10mm clearance (max) between the bottom of the door and finished floor level when door is closed.
