Active Building Systems is proud to announce the completion of a mixed business and unit development at Nundah.

The new building development was not only designed and constructed by GVG but will also act as their new place of business.

The development was constructed using the Ritek XL wall system which consists of prefabricated wall panels that are stood in place on site, braced and core filled with concrete to leave an external flat fibre cement finish to the outside walls. In order to achieve an aesthetically attractive external finish to the panel, GVG decided to go with the leaders in Architectural Texture finishes and opted for the Ezycoat Sand 800 finish, which complemented the entire look and feel they were trying to generate for the building.

Ezycoats range of patching compounds, Renders, Textures & Paints all formed part of the end product and another successful partnership.
