What a challenge - 4.200m2 of shallow lagoons and 23 private swimming pools in all corners of the structure required a
waterproofing system of the utmost integrity.
Chemind waterproofing systems were selected based on an extensive track record of some 20 years, and the versatility of the

extensively on areas such as pool shells, podium / roof decks, tiled balconies, exposed roof decks, window/door sills and wet areas. The total
area waterproofed using the above products equated to staggering 27000m2 and 12400LM of joints and sills.
