NEWS ARTICLE ARCHIVESThe clean approach - Light shades and smooth lines come together with ease at Wonderful Kitchens
Known as the hub of the home, the kitchen plays an integral role in every household. Selecting the right colour scheme, layout and fittings is vital to ensuring you create a space that suits your individual needs and requirements. Designer Bev Kelly listened to the owners to assess exactly what they would use in their fresh and vibrant new kitchen. Making the most of a generous floor size, she located a central island bar in the middle of the floor plan, allowing a wide open walkway between all areas. Storage has been well thought out with a range of solutions on hand such as wide pot drawers, large cupboards and crockery cabinets underneath the island bar. Gleaming under the sun, the Natural White cabinetry in satin polyurethane ensures a light and cheery atmosphere for this family-friendly design. A splash of colour goes a long way as the CaesarStone benchtop in Ming highlights with its vibrant blue hues. Glass splashbacks add an element of contrast without detracting from the clean lines and modern materials within the kitchen. Along with the elegant tapware, the stainless-steel bar handles are sleek and subtle against the backdrop of white cabinetry. High-end stainless-steel appliances ensure the kitchen's functionality while blending perfectly with the modern design and contemporary fittings.
