Australand Residential specified Action Tanks to provide Action Underground
Harvesting Systems for the Sea Green Estate development located at Warrie Wood NSW. Action
Tanks has supplied a total capacity of 170,000 litres with Action Underground Rainwater
Harvesting Split Systems delivered to 70 lots to date. Each dwelling has been installed with
a 3000 litre or 5000 litre complete packaged, child safe Action Underground System.
Satisfying NSW BASIX legislation, and other state government mandatory requirements, with all
toilet, laundry (cold water tap) and garden water provided for, the Action Underground System
saves 40% of mains water supply by each new household.
